As per Eskom's TRMSCAAC 5.2 / 6 foundation testing is an integral part of quality assurance for installed anchors and a necessity for all contractors to consider in theirproject planning .

Independent foundation testing is the gold standard for the quality assurance process.
With over 500 hours of foundation testing experience our operators are perfectly suited to complete the works in the shortest possible time frame to keep yourproject's time line on track.

Tec-Industry currently has the capacity to conduct the following tests:

1. 132kV proof load and design load tests.
2. 400kv proof load and design load tests.
3. Design and proof load tests for other anchor types up to 60 tons.
4. Extensions available for taller anchors in sandy conditions.

Costing is dependent on location and quantity of tests and the type of solution thatworks best for the contractor.

Full turn-key solutions includes the following:

• Operator with a valid medical, training and a vehicle.
• Competency certificates for the operator
• All testing equipment
• All data capture equipment
• Video capture of dial gauges
• Comprehensive report per anchor
• All SHE equipment and SHE documentation
